The problem:  Face-to-face instructor led training was expensive, not available off traditional daytime hours, and coordinating face-to-face availability of 100% of the participants was not possible all the time.  Therefore, the solution of an online tutorial would provide:

--Another fiscal option besides having me come onsite or having the team come to our office

--A follow up to face-to-face training for review, or for those who could not attend with the group

--Bonus:  An additional selling point for the product
